WARRANTY AND SERVICE REQUEST
Move into your new home with peace of mind. We are proud to offer a thorough home warranty with each one of our new homes. Should you have a concern with your home or would like to schedule a service appointment, submitting a request is as simple as contacting us below. Please be sure your issue is covered under your home warranty prior to submitting.
Below you will be required to provide the Warranty Standard Number under which your claim is covered. Please reference the warranty book provided at the time you purchased your home. You may also click on the link here for the most recent version of the Limited Warranty.
Please enter the details of the issue you are having below and someone from our staff or one of our subcontractors will get in touch with you ASAP. Please list one item per service request.
For any Non-Emergency issues, please allow a minimum of 72 business hours for response.
One of the most common causes for air conditioning trouble is a clogged condensate line. Please check your condensate line to ensure that it is not clogged. The link below is a video that shows the steps on how to do so.
